    February 5, 4:00 PM - 4:30 PM @ 210 Court St.

    3-2-1 BLAST is designed to bridge the gap between Storytime and Tween programming. Miss Debbie will read aloud each week during a 6-week session from an age-appropriate chapter book. All listeners will be invited to attend Miss Becky’s “BOOK BLAST” during the 7th week. Games and goodies will be centered around the theme of the book just finished. This event is for elementary students in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade. Please register by calling the library at 753-1647.

  5. Special Needs Kids Lego Time

    This is a Lego time for kids with special needs and their care givers. Class size is limited and registration is required. Please call 319-753-1647 to register for this event.

  6. Movie Afternoon -The Book of Life

    Yay for a day to honor our Presidents, which means you get a day off school. Celebrate by stopping in to watch a movie for free on our big screens. We will be showing, The Book of Life, which is about Manolo, a young man who is torn between fulfilling the expectations of his family and following his heart, embarks on an adventure that spans three fantastic worlds where he must face his greatest fears.
